Concierge is the most whole-person-intensive tier on the ladder. MOVE is reviewed monthly with a full MBI quarterly. LOAD, REBUILD, BUFFER, and ANCHOR are each referenced in every monthly session -- not saved for the annual retest. Full re-screen at six-month and annual touchpoints, with referral-on-flag maintained throughout.
